Few questions.
1. which device are you using (braillenote, voice sense, mobile geo?)
2. is this a new POI you are creating or modifying some other POI.
3. Did you set your poi author name.
4. Is the card you are saving to write protected some how?
5. Please provide the steps you are using to create then save this POI.

I have the holux 1000 and when I try to save the POI and exit to the main
stream it will not allow me it keep asking if I want to save the changes.
