Hi,
you press m for multiple repeat then select any one of those items you
wish to repeat.
Now the trick to make them only execute when your not moving.
Under the Multiple repeat menu, you will find an item Multiple repeat
delay, set that to 0 and the commands will only repeat when you are
not moving.


if for some reason you want the commands to execute on the BT press
backspace dot 1 and on the QT press CTRL with S.
