[gps-talkusers] Seeing Eye Subscription Problems

Hi,
One of my friends downloaded the Seeing Eye app the other day and is
having trouble subscribing. Every time he tries to go for the
three-year subscription he gets a message about not being able to
connect to the iTunes store, yet he can buy other hings through iTunes
and the app store on his iPhone 5 with no problem.
Why might this be happening? The people at the Apple store were no
help whatsoever. Can you buy a Seeing Eye subscription through the
Sendero Store at the Sendero Group web site? Just wondering.
