[gps-talkusers] The PeopleFinder APP: Getting it Set Up

Hello Mike and Charles and Other List Members,
Just want to confirm how to properly set up the APP because when I tried it
with my Son-in-Law using our home network it didn't work.
I believe that we are both visible, based upon what I saw in the settings; and
we have both clearly identified ourselves with our phone numbers.
Am I missing something in terms of people nearby and/or point of reference.
Please advise.
