The PeopleFinder app does not require a home network. Not sure what you are
referring to.

If you have Bluetooth turned on, then you should be able to see each other's
phones when both are running the app and have it open.

We have seen phones that don't find each other and not sure why.

Subject: [gps-talkusers] The PeopleFinder APP: Getting it Set Up

Hello Mike and Charles and Other List Members,

Just want to confirm how to properly set up the APP because when I tried it
with my Son-in-Law using our home network it didn't work.

I believe that we are both visible, based upon what I saw in the settings;
and we have both clearly identified ourselves with our phone numbers.

Am I missing something in terms of people nearby and/or point of reference.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance for help with the above.

Leo
