I guess it is pretty normal sometimes to disagree with gps sometimes. Navigon
has been way off sometimes, but i am neither an expert. It looks like it is
driving a car, although i am choosing pedestrian mode. I was not sure if the
map data was updated correctly.

Take care

I thought I did double check that I had it in correctly, but using a route that
I am familiar with where it wants me to go a way I'm not, but I choose the way
I know is probably not the greatest test though.

Hi Brent,

I am not sure why the route would give you what appeared to be reverse
directions unless you somehow planned the route from your destination to your
appartment instead of the other way around.
I am not someone who uses the gps in the create route mode to a large extent
since I travel to perhaps several places during the day and generally use it as
a way to provide street sign information as I call it.
I understand however that many travelers are more dependent on creating a route
to a destination and attempting to follow it for safe confident travel.
As a test, you might try Blind square and see what kind of information it gives
you as you walk a familiar route. Keep in mind however that you can not create
routes within that app, it defers to third party apps such as google maps if
you really want to create a route to a destination.
Hope this helps.
