Richard, Well, think of it this way. They took the feedback that you provided and made a correction based on it. This is a much higher correction rate than with the two suggestions that I made, which both of the issues were not addressed. Tele Atlas as well as many other companies fix iitems based on prirority, which is mostley influenced by the number of times a particular item has been reported. For example, if Tele Atlas hears 1000 times that a particular street doesn't exist, there is a higher chance that it will be addressed than if just one reported the issue. Well, I hope that you are able to get up and running soon with 5.0 and play with all of the great features that were included. I guess since I contributed well over 600 emails during the entire development cycle of 5.0 that I am part to blame if things are working properly or for why they work the way they do. I won't have time to do much playing with it for a day or so yet but thought I'd mention one negative comment aimed at TeleAtlas since only one out of the first three street name corrections I sent them has been implemented. Very disappointing and I'll forward my comments to them as well. Regards Richard Bartholomew E-Mail: richard_bartholomew@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
