Hi,
I would suggest the backup program.
1. From the VoiceNOtes main menu, press U for utilities.
2. Press B for backup, B again for Backup.
3. for the sorce select flash disk
4. select all for the folders.
5. for the destination select hard disk if you are backing up to a
thumb drive, compact flash if backing up to the compact flash card, SD
if backing up to an SD card.
6. select a folder or create a new one. you should be offered the date.
press ehnter.
This should backup everything and not just your planner.
