Thanks Harwood, that worked the first time. My only question is, when I restored to factory default did I lose any information that may need to be re-installed?

here is what you do.
go to the gps option menu then hit r and that will put you at the restore defaults and then try again to pair it up if you have any more questions you can call me at 801-277-2561
