Are you using a Braille or qwerty keyboard. If it is a Braille keyboard then
are you putting the number sign before the number for the street name. If
not it will assume that the entry is alphabetic and 57 becomes e g for
example.

Ok then,
this is Dean again the problem I am having is this.
When I go to the gps and hit search, it will ask me for the
address! I put in the number and hit enter, then it asks for a
street name, well after I put in another street number on the
street name because the street doesn't have a street name, it
can't find the address, anyone can help.
