[gps-talkusers] local data for Lookaround app?

Hi all,
I realize I am in a very small minority here, but I wondered if there
was any way to tell the Lookaround app to not use an internet
connection, but rather to use local data I can store? I have an iPod
Touch, so, to avoid carrying around a mifi (if I can get one), I am
wondering if I can just load my state onto my iPod and use that data
instead? Failing that, does any app download map data locally for use
instead of needing an internet connection?
