Make sure you are in GPS mode and not in Virtual mode. You toggle that with a G
or V.If you have X number of satellites, you should be in the right mode. It
might not be exact but within 50 feet or so, not 2 miles.

If you have acquired satellites, your position should be where you are. You can
also set your virtual position to be your GPS position.
