The pois need to be copied to your active map folder. So if you are
using the maps folder the extra user pois go there. If you are using
the westcoast folder the user pois go there.

This is a known issue. You can try a reset.

There are no restaurant menus included with the product This is just a
situation where you might use media POIs.
