Hi Sendero Group and Mike May,
I have been continuously badgered by my customers here in Wisconsin
about the great defect in your GPS program since at least version 3.5
and has been brought to your attention and the technical support
teams attention about not being able to enter addresses in the digit
address field that have letters, dashes or other non numerical digits.
When will you correct this?
Not only in Wisconsin, have we had this lack of being able to look up
addresses with letters or dashes in the digit addresses, but in New
York, Hawaii and I am sure many many other states.
My customers are feeling strongly ripped off, especially when they
live in one of Wisconsin's cities or near by communities that have
these letters or dashes in the digit address field.
I understand version 5.0 will be coming out very soon with all new
maps and such, your technical team have told me they are aware of
this great error since version 4.0, but you need to personally
address it to them before it can be fixed.
Please don't let another version be released without fixing this
major defect in your program, otherwise offer the customers of your
product in Wisconsin and other states who have experienced this great
inconvenience a free upgrade until you correct it!
