Well, I am saying that at least here in Rochester, I am finding that more 
individual drivers are choosing to use their own personal GPS units. I don't 
know, since I haven't use the paratransit and a while but they also had a few 
drivers that were using your own personal GPS units. However, from what I've 
heard they're starting to crack down on a lot of things there and want things 
done their way in terms of the paratransit system which really sucks for 
everybody this includes drivers and passengers alike.
