Yes, I remember hearing your podcast on the app. I think its free. I have used it a few times here with Yelow Cab in Southern California.

I have been using an app for almost 2 years called Taxi Magic. This
will allow you to book cabs on your computer using a web browser, on phone/tablet,
find out the distance you the cab is from you and allow you to pay using
your phone/tablet.

They partner with companies around the united states, here in Buffalo
there is one cab company. I used it for the first time in Irving Texas
in 2011 and haven't looked back.

Also when the cab is dispatched you get a text message with the drivers
name, cab number and distance they are from you.

You can get the cab drivers attention by hitting a button on the ap and
it will flash the screen with the Taxi Magic logo and cab number.
