As the subject line says, the clock is ticking on the release. This means it
is not in the app store yet. We will keep you posted when it is available.
As far as New Zealand, there can only be a low cost version if an
organization steps up and underwrites it. I have spoken to the New Zealand
Foundation about this. I am sure hearing from locals that they want this
would help to influence them.
