Phil, If you get a chance to read our document entitled GPS accuracy, you will see just how many variables there are when it comes to tracking satellites. This document is on our download page and it is in the zip file that contains all the new 3.5 documents. Even a few inches can make a difference when it comes to being in better view of satellites. I always try to sit on the left side of the bus because it is closer to the middle of the street whereas the right side is closer to the buildings. This would be reversed in the UK because they drive on the left side of the road. In terms of different points triggering, consider the following. The BrailleNote scans for the nearest point every 12 seconds. This means that it isn't scanning for 11 seconds. If you are moving, you could very easily miss a bunch of points. This is intentional since we are looking around for a sample of points, we don't want to hear them all. If two BrailleNotes are scanning at different times, you are going to get different points. It would be tricky to get your timers lined up to trigger on the same points. Mike At 07:31 PM 5/14/2006, you wrote: >Hi.
