sorry for my outstanding during all this messages about contest , but
had fully job til now .
i will be out afgain in few hours , driving to France for the Hamexpo in
Le Mans .
i give my best to do some promotion for IG-RY will have some meets
there with possible new friend for our group
Mid next week i will send a report about all , and also some other
proposal or opinions about the future for our group

The idea is not bad , but i think that there will be some problems :
Who will check the logs?
This brings a lot of work.
Not all possibles operators use 3830 score , so how they can bring
out the scores?
As member , all of us , to bring more importance to the groupe
IGRY , are them practicly forced to stay and work all the parts ,
to do promotion for the group.
It will be difficult to do this i think.
But a good idea , scott.
I think in this case , a better strategy will be , to organize
something like a 2 or max3 parts contest ... this will be easier
to organize.
This are only my 2 cents abt this.
But , very good to see some members have interest into the groupe.

I would like to propose and request your input to this idea I have.
We have weekly contests in SSB, CW and RTTY (Focussed on NA)
How about we create a weekly contest with year long leaderboards
that can promote RTTY activity outside of a contest weekend, also
promote our group IG-RY.
Here is my idea below.

Would be great if we can do something like this.
With some time before the start of 2019 we have time for
promotion and to have logging software modules ready for our
participants, also to secure a score submittal page on 3830.
IGRY RTTY Sprint Rules
Aims
To promote RTTY contesting and activity outwith a contesting weekend
To encourage new blood to get involved with RTTY and contesting.
Note
These sprint contests will run on a weekly basis, with year long
points tables.
Winners of each category at the year end will receive a Plaque,
all participants will receive Electronic PDF Certificates.
Time
1900-2000 UTC Every Thursday.
Recommended Frequencies
3580-3600
7040-7060
14080-14099
21080-21099
28080-28099
Categories
Single Operator HP/LP*/QRP**
*Low Power = 100W Max Output
**QRP = 5W Max Output
Exchange
RST + Serial number
Multipliers
Each different call worked is a multiplier on each band.
Logs are not necessary to be submitted. Just submit your score to
3830scores up to 48 hours after to be included in the results.
Results will be published on the website after the deadline and
up to date yearly tables each week published.
