Hi all -
We are excited to announce that tomorrow, Wednesday, November is the 7th
birthday of Firefox! To celebrate, we are bringing back Firefox Live, the
24 hour live stream of baby red pandas (aka fireboxes) at the Knoxville Zoo
in Kentucky.
We are going to do press outreach in the US and our European markets
(Germany, France, Italy, Poland, UK and Spain) when the announcement is
live.
If you have press contacts, feel free to send them the pitch when the news
is live - otherwise this is just an FYI.

Happy Birthday, Firefox!
Firefox, the only independent browser, has come a long way since Mozilla
released Firefox 1.0 seven years ago. Earlier this week, we proudly
released Firefox 8, the latest update to the Firefox browser.
Firefox continues to drive and advance the Web with the key Mozilla values
of openness, transparency and interoperability.
In honor of Firefox's seventh birthday today, Mozilla has announced
the adoption of three new red pandas from Knoxville Zoo. Mozilla would
like to welcome Burnadette, Dolly and Winston to the Firefox family!
Mozilla is officially re-open its Firefox Live project for
constant cub-watching starting today. This time, however, Firefox Live
will include ways for users to engage with the cubs and share all the
things they love about Burnadette, Dolly and Winston with their friends.
