Yes, 8 :D Firefox has too fallen into this trap of numbering minors as majors.
There was a bigger jump between 3.5 and 3.6 than between 5 and 7. :(
Rant apart, Firefox is still awesome. I urge you all to try it. In fact, in
several Javascript benchmarks, the newer foxes have been really really fast
And by the way, (for those who like living on the edge) Firefox Nightly
(currently at 10alpha) is kinda stable too. Do try it :). Also, pentadactyl
works with it.
