[Ilugc] Bandwidth metering and me changed to Touchtel internet

Also it would be better if application wise bandwidth consumption is
listed. Say, gaim consumed xx mb, ... firefox .. ,  wget ...


I typically use an IPTables chain that just tickles counters. I then
extract this info and use rrtdtool to draw nice hourly/daily/etc graphs.

With this method you can get source ip, dest ip, port bandwidth
consumption but not application level usage.
