Other free offers are fonts, converters and drivers:

I appreciate ELCOT's effort. Most of the fonts are looking good. I am not
expert with fonts but I have few questions regarding their fonts.
1. Since Lastech has created the original fonts, I believe they might
have used some windows based font creating software. I think these fonts
have some source format (other than TTF). Does ELCOT provides the fonts'
source freely?
2. Most of the fonts look ugly and unreadable at size less than 12
pts. Only "ELCOT-Kanchi" seems good. It seems font hinting is missing in
their fonts. (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Font_hinting). What is
standard font size used in government documents?
3. If source is available, there is a possibility that other variants
of these fonts can come out. Somebody can even provide hinted fonts.
4. What happened to TSCII & UNICODE? Suddenly for me it seems TAM/TAB
looking like a standard. Am I missing something here?
