[Ilugc] Debian mount point any diff from other distro ?

And it is the only partition, into which the whole file sys resides.
Can it not be that if the last patition (/) was created earler than
the extended partition in the middle then the / will be hda2.
If the extended was created after deletion of some previous partition
and the primary after it existed before. Just curious here. Do
partitons also have timestamps associated with their creation.
