The usual, remote / offsite backup data centers with databases, software
versions etc hot synced / replicated from production, backup and retrieval
procedures ..
Talk to your SAN vendor - either Netapp or EMC. They will probably sell you
a very complete, and very expensive solution for this.
Good DR doesn't come cheap. And really doesn't have much to do with the OS
you run on your server .. would work on the same lines if you were using
windows server 2003.
