Hmm, this isn't a good practice in FOSS. Is it?
I guess the licenses of "previous project code" are
also not specified by the original authors?
So, Freedom 0, 1 and 3 must be encouraged over 2 in
colleges.[1] Because, 2 is exercised, often with
violation of the license :) (and may be in this case)
