generally people who are working in the non-it sectors will find it
convenient to attend
I have also found the opposite to be true. People take out of station
trips on such occassions. Expect only the uber geeks. I think this is
what happened on a recent conference @ Delhi. Also keep in mind that
Linux Asia is around the same time (don't know the exact dates). You
may be able to get overseas speakers if you can align your dates.
