[Ilugc] FOSS DAY should be celebrated by ILUGC in busy place than last year.

Hi,
The benefit in conducting them at a crowded place is that most of the
people
there will want to know what is happening and will at least take a glance at
the stalls, which may give them an exposure to FOSS.
I think Birla planetarium administration is very supportive to our
activities , we have an ideal partner to put up our shows.
Any better place should be the one easily commutable by public transport
systems. IMO, Birla Planetarium is just a perfect fit for it.
