[Ilugc] FTP username and password problem

Your webhost will be able to give you the details regarding the ftp
server and your credentials for the same, if ftp is available.
Configured Webzilla to create a ftp server and can't find the username
and password.How to configure ftp server manually sir.
If it's your local machine, run chown on the wordpress folder to change the
user to which apache is running as.
Changed the owner rights of the folder and also add the code in the
"wp-config.php"
that define the ftp username and password.But the same result occurs.
