[Ilugc] FTP username and password problem

 I have installed Wordpress CMS..Everything works fine ..
But i try to install Themes and plugins it prompts for FTP username and
password
and attempted with my wordpress login n password it doesnt works and give
error like
      "Failed to connect to FTP Server ftp.example.org:21"
What is the FTP username and how to find it .??

If it's your local machine, run chown on the wordpress folder to change the
user to which apache is running as.
