Yes sure, we need something like this in chennai. This will surely be the
gateway for the open source moment in chennai. It could be set up in
association with the internet cafes (satyam iway),malls or it could be set
up in the IIT campus.

Any thing which is commercial, then sify Iway will implement.

Yeah you are right. These guys are really capable. Particularly SIFY with
its reach to mass can do that. Sify has proved its commitment to free
software with their XUL mail service. BTW is the XUL mail out of test mode.
