[Ilugc] Firefox Problem [windows version] 1.0.6

A ship met with an accident 20 km off mumbai coast, due to which
the underwater VSNL link got affected (cut). Hence might be the
reason.
VSNL has restored the circuit, but has advised that there might be
latencies during the next 15 days. They are working on it.
but this is not the case with other browsers, there the pages load fast... :-S
