The GUI is not working properly in FC3.
Just some Color Lines are displayed.

I have Fc3 full installation. Initially, while
starting the system... It asks for PostInstallation
Configuration. It asks me to configure the Monitor
properly. It shows some dafault configurations and
When I am accepting it, <GUI starts>.
But,if shutdown the system and restart it means,AGAIN
it asks me for PostInstallationConfiguration.
Please help me to come out from this problem.
