It would help readers of your email if you could provide:
+ vendor-make-model of the SAN; firmware version
+ OS being used in your architecture
as a starting point.
The other option is to check the documentation for your SAN hardware
manufacturer for the specific Error Code/Error Message and proceed
from there.
Either way, without a description of the system that throws the error,
it would be guess-work.
