and the real problem is i have buyed the NIC Card [ Silan SC92031 PCI Fast
Ethernet card ] it is an duplicate card and so there is no default driver
support in fedora core 6 linux and how to get driver and how to install it
if i upgrade the kernel will the driver get loaded or provide some
solution

kernel version with Fedora Core 6, now you want the latest one. If this is
your requirement, You can upgrade kernel without compiling from source
