You want to get not only the distro, but even the CD's free ?
Okay, go to www.ubuntulinux.org ask for free CD's and wait for a month.
(or)
contact the participants in ILUGC who will get you the CD's whatever distro
you want burnt for you if you go with blank CD's at convenient timings
