Their policy is to oppose crony capitalism and american capitalism. So they
may oppose Microsoft since it is allegedly using backdoor means to promote
their product at the cost of pubic money.


communist philosophy is not FOSS philosophy.
and I hope FOSS is not the opposite of capitalism.

Also, every bit of IT technology we enjoy today is mostly the result of
American capitalism.
