Evolution is being ported to Windows now.
Still in beta expect a release soon.
Beagle the desktop search tool based on D-Bus is now available on
Windows.
You will need the mono packages from CVS though to get it running.
Earlier it used to run on Cygwin, now it runs on Windows natively with
GTK.
