is there any free web hosting which supports

2. unlimited albums.
3. an upload tool for linux.
Will picassa and picassaweb.google.com address these? Am not sure
about the number of albums, but it surely has an image editor, viewer
and uploader for Linux and yes it does offer free hosting....
