Buzilla is one of the most widely used issue tracker. but its implementation
is bit complex. best tool to use. You could customize it based on ur use.
you need mod_perl , apache & mySQL or postgreSQL for this
XOOPS, CMS has a issue tracking issue tracking module. implementing XOOPS is
very simple. we used XOOPS in my our office. You need PHP, apache & mySQL
for XOOPS
codetrack, is a one file issue tracker, for medium size project you can use
this. very very eazy to implemtent & use. requirement PHP & apache, their
is no need of DB. since data's are managed in XML file.
