I know they are *ideally* not immune.
But my question (rephrased) is
How do I check if a particular closed source software has lifted code
infringing licenses? Do we have a regulatory body to ascertain that they
have not violated licenses?
Should'nt there be one because the closed source strategy is providing
them *virtual* immunity from being tried for Copyright violations?
