[Ilugc] Indian Government releases software for disabled

Hi,

The TTS with Screen Reader (NVDA and OCRA) CD can be obtained on request

from Prof Hema Murthy (hema at cse.iitm.ac.in) and OCR can be accessed from
TDIL Data Centre (http://www.tdil-dc.in) .

I heard about a software called ORCA http://live.gnome.org/Orca , Is there
anything called as OCRA?., is it a typo in the press release?.pardon my
ignorance. Nearest search on ocra led me to
http://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/203563 ;,
http://www.linuxtoday.com/developer/2011011902035NWGNRL . The content says
OCRA and goes further to say as ORCA , is both the same software just
jumbled with the abbreviations?
