I am spearheading a new Web 2.0 startup in India and we are seeking to hire
a lead programmer to work alongside our CTO. We have a small team in place
and we are looking for our first on-hand full-time coder in India.
We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails front-end developer who
wants to take part in a startup project with a great potential. Your main
task will be to create a novel, sticky set of features which will
distinguish our site from the rest - therefore we are looking for a creative
person with good communication skills.
Required: solid knowledge of Ruby on Rails (>2.0), HTML and CSS with a focus
on standards, JavaScript/AJAX, Prototype/script.aculo.us, team player -
experience with Subversion, agile techniques.
