We are a Chennai based start-up - an ISV building innovative software
products in the HR domain. We are part of a 6.5 Billion Euro MNC with
operations in 44 countries. With a current order book of 2 million dollars
and our customer base, we believe that we will be the next big product
story from India.
We are a very progressive organization: we allocate 10% of our profits for
training and share 20% of our profits amongst employees. Diversity and
flexibility are important to us. For example, we provide laptops and
broadband connexions (at home) to all our developers.
MinVesta is also building open source based products for some of our
clients. We are growing our FOSS team. This team will work 70% of the time
in customising identified FOSS products for our clients or porting our
products to FOSS platforms. 20% of their time will be spent in
contributing to the FOSS community by working on those FOSS products. For
the remaining 10% you can work on FOSS projects of your choice.
We are open to discussing flexible modes of working, for those who do not
want to move to Chennai.
By way of skills we are looking for PHP/Python/Perl expertise and
experience in developing database driven web-based applications.
