[Ilugc] KPPP problem in fc4

hi,
i am using fc4, my problem is i am not able to connect to the internet 
through kppp, it shows that "unable to open modem" but actually i am able to 
connect to the net through internet configuration wizard, it shows me that a 
modem is connected to ttys0. can anyone help me in this regard
