[Ilugc] Kde issue - only wallpaper is visible

Not exactly a proper solution but try renaming ~/.kde folder to something
else and see if it works. I am guessing that there was some misconfiguration
in the settings
Thanks!! I backed up my .kde and removed the .kde file. Now I am able
to get into kde. Is there logs that I can check for the error? I am
positive it about logging but not sure which one to go after. I want to
understand what happended so that I dont get into the same problem
again.
