[Ilugc] Kde issue - only wallpaper is visible

Your kdm probably crashed so that your background is visible but no
windows. Switch to another terminal, or see if you can open a new terminal
with a right click and see if dcopserver is running or not. Try restarting
that, or restarting kdm.
