Sorry, in my last post think I forgot to mention my Chipset ( thanks to
aanjhan for pointing it).. it is Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset
Family.
Second, I just now tried running Knoppix Live CD (not the new version, but
some 1 year old one) in my Laptop and it ran without any problems, that
too in 1280X800 mode. So, feel a bit confidant that Debian and other
favoured distros may be able to run. Yet to try them, as I have to first
partition my hard disk.
Third, has any one had problem running BSNL broadband in their laptops,
especially lenovo or IBMs ?
