Based on my understanding any code that links to kernel and uses its api
becomes GPL code (except user space code). So you have the right to show
the code. If you want help from other kernel developers then you need to
provide the code.
There is no point in helping a closed source software in ILUGC. So please
take the question to the proprietary driver vendor's support.
