From your statement it is clear that you are not authorized to use
those domain names.  I would strongly suggest that you do *not* wait
for the *next* time onwards.   Switching to example.com/.net/.org
should be a rather simple  global  search/replace exercise.   It
should not take you more than 10-15 mins (at most).
